Reach your fitness goals and feel great with personalised 1:1 Pilates sessions either at my home studio near Hexham in Northumberland or via Zoom.

I also offer one-to-one sessions, live or on Zoom, to improve your quality of movement in conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s, Stroke, Motor Neurone Disease and Cerebral Palsy. Using the Neuro Studio approach, we work together consistently to get the results you need.

MY APPROACH

I offfer private Pilates sessions during which I design a constantly evolving programme of exercise for you that meets you where you are at and helps you achieve your goals.

Whether we work together in my studio or on the mat via Zoom, I add in new exercises as we go along in order to get you the results you want. I can also design a home programme for you based on your goals.

Pilates aims to develop muscle strength and flexibility as well as joint mobility. The exercises help to balance the distribution of loading in the spine and major joints to minimise the risk of overuse injuries. Pilates can help you achieve greater range of movement, better functional strength, and ease and freedom in your whole-body movement.
